Rashaad Sabur, PTA

Mr. Rashaad Sabur graduated from Georgia State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and was a Georgia State University Dean’s List member. During his internship for Georgia State at an outpatient physical therapy clinic, he found an interest in physical therapy and helping others. 

Rashaad earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Atlanta Technical College in 2020. During the PTA program Rashaad was the President of his class and also a member of the National Technical Honor Society. Throughout his journey and career in physical therapy he has gained experience in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation, neuro rehabilitation, and home health rehabilitation. Rashaad has worked at Genesis Sports Medicine-Camp Creek and Cascade, Kindred Healthcare, Encompass Health, and Pruitt Healthcare.  He currently works for Amedisys home health physical therapy. 

Rashaad is part of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and National Association of Black Physical Therapists (NABPT). 

During his spare time he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, volunteering with organizations, exercising, and working on cars.
